ListoListo Privacy Policy

Listo is developed by Breno da Costa Ribeiro Gomes (“we”, “us”). We built Listo so that your information stays with you. This policy explains what that means in practice.
The short version
- We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data.
- There is no account, no ads, and no tracking.
- Your lists are stored in your own iCloud account, which we cannot access.
- Voice recognition and AI features run on your device.
Information stored by the app
Your lists, items, pantry, purchase history, pharmacy items, reminders, and settings are stored on your device and synced through your personal iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit. This data is stored in your iCloud and is governed by Apple’s privacy policy. We do not have access to it.
Shared lists
When you share a list, the people you invite can see and edit that list, including the name of whoever added each item as provided by iCloud. Only share lists with people you trust. You can stop sharing or leave a shared list at any time.
Pharmacy information
Medicines, refill reminders, and other pharmacy items may be sensitive health information. They are stored only on your devices and in your iCloud, and are never sent to us. Pharmacy lists are not shared unless you choose to share them.
Microphone and speech recognition
If you use voice input, the app asks for access to your microphone and speech recognition. Your speech is converted to text on your device whenever the device supports it. On some devices or languages, Apple’s speech recognition service may process the audio, as described in Apple’s privacy policy. We do not receive or store your recordings.
Artificial intelligence
Features that organize and categorize your items use Apple’s on-device AI models. This processing happens on your iPhone, and your content is not sent to us.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, the app schedules notifications on your device. No notification data is sent to us.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment information. The app only checks with Apple whether you have purchased Listo Plus.
Analytics and crash reports
The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising tools. If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports and usage statistics.
Children
Listo is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Your rights (including under the LGPD)
Because we do not collect your personal data, your information is fully under your control. You can edit or delete any list in the app, and delete all app data from iCloud in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage.
